Badminton National and International Success
Well done to Kerry, Orla and Megan on their continued success at county, provincial and international levels in badminton. The girls had great success in the recent U17 Provincial Open tournament and U17 Irish Open Championships and represented Ireland in the Victor Jot tournament in Belgium. Being selected also on the U18 Leinster team led them to compete at the ICT in Nottingham University where they were place 7th out of 35 teams. Their final success this year was to win the Inter County All Ireland Final title, representing Kildare. Well done from all in St. Mary's.
1st year Volleyball News
Well done to St. Mary's 1st year volleyball teams who competed in a tournament in Santa Sabina, Sutton. Both teams finished in the top 4 and, as St. Mary's A team finished in second place, they now progress to the All Ireland Final which will be held in Mouthrath Community school on 15th of May. Well done to all players and their coaches, Caoimhe, Celine, and Daniella. Many thanks also to Ms.Moloney, Ms. Quinn, Ms. Feighery and Ms. Coughlan for all their help and support.
