On Wednesday, 20th September, all Transition Year students along with Ms. Doherty, Ms. Quinn, Mr. Wallace and Mr. Brennan, headed to Tullamore for the National Ploughing Championship. From the minute we stepped off the bus, our wellies were covered in mud. Although most of us were overwhelmed by the amount of stalls and companies that were at the Ploughing, we managed to collect as many freebies as possible. While some wanted to get a photo with Joe Canning and others wanted to go to the fun fair, everyone had a fantastic day out. Many thanks to the Transition Year Business teachers who accompanied us.
