On Friday, May 13th, 2016, 3Birch presented a cheque for €420 to Hugo Jellet, CEO of the Jack and Jill Children's Foundation. They had raised this money as a result of selling 1916 commemorative pins.

The action project focused on 'Human Dignity, Rights and Responsibilities, Democracy' in their CSPE short course for Junior Cert. A delighted Hugo thanked the students for all their hard work, generosity and support in organising the donation to 'Jack and Jill'.
