Transition Year students learnt and mastered the art of 'sugarcraft' in Home Economics today. All students made a chocolate biscuit cake in the shape of a pudding and leant how to roll out, smooth, ice, dye, decorate and crimp their designs and the results were fantastic! Well done girls!
Recipe for the chocolate biscuit cake is as follows: 300g chocolate, 50g butter, 1 tin condensed milk, crushed rich tea biscuits and any other optional ingredients!
