On Wednesday the 14th January, the Transition Year students and members of the Student Council attended the annual Cycle Against Suicide Student Leadership Congress. The day was filled with many touching and inspiring stories from the likes of Bressie, Sonia O' Sullivan, Bob Carley, Conor Cusack and the founder of CAS, Jim Breen. It brought home the eternally important message that "it's ok not to feel ok and it's absolutely ok to ask for help"  A wonderful day was had by all.
